What an absolutely terrible company to deal with. Promises of delivery and nothing turns up. Shocking customer service and empty promises. Would give no stars if possible!!! Still waiting for item, told me they didn’t have the contact details of the delivery agent!! Didn’t know the company but would never buy from them again. And would advise anybody else to not buy either!

Sharaf DG as per your suggestion I wrote email to support shafaf dg multiple times issue not resolved. Can you tell me whatelse I can do further to resolve the issue.

This place wasted my time. My cooler broke down after one year and it has a two year warranty on it. When I asked the to fix it they said I have to take it back and wait 15 days for them to fix it, then come back to pick it up again. By far this is the worst after care service I ever experienced I will never buy from there again.

Regretfully was unfortunate to leave my laptop for repair with them as was tricked by them being authorized apple service centre. In addition to their staff providing very different information, they are also unable to stick to their own deadlines and give calls back. Now my laptop is stuck with them for 4 days and I cannot get through to their repairs dept as they are simply unreachable. So I neither got repairs nor I am able to get macbook back to get it to professional service centre.

Basically, Sharaf DG is outsourcing their deliveries, and when things go wrong, their customer service is the definition of (garbage & joke). Their promises to “solve it” are only for the sake of sending you off until next day.
I have never seen a company that is more clueless about their customer needs than this company.

I had ordered two air fryers on sharafdg online to be given as gift. It showed next day delivery and I has happy about it. Today (13/2/24) its 3 days beyond delivery date and yet no reply. No update whatsoever. Every time I call they promise to deliver but no delivery is happening. Finally I was promised delivery today in the morning. Yet nothing. Just fake promises.
P.S: Rather than using the same copy pasted message to mail your support team. Own upto your mistakes and contact and fix the problem directly. Yet you will be posting a copy pasted reply under this review. Coz shameless liars!!
