I never used our package due to covid pandemic . Now i realized that mails are bouncing back and phone likes are discount.

Same here I’m a Pearl member 2021 and next month I’ll be finishing my 24 months payments and deciding to have a tour but can’t contact them anymore (emails, landlines, mobiles). From the 1st I claimed my welcome vouchers and that it. Someone there are same case? Let’s help each other to catch them and file a case as group. It will be strong complaints if group on the same cases.

I have used my voucher for 1N stay at Hilton Salwa beach resort, my kids loved the water slides & my overall experience with Royal Regis team interms of booking, followup for voucher & other tips have been fast & hassle free….i shall truly recommend to all those who wish to save atleast 50% of the fares if u book directly with the resort or hotel you are looking for.
