We aren’t the direct supplier of these services; instead, we facilitate the provision of travel services by our suppliers to our customers. We offer deals on regular and charter flights, low-cost airlines, hotels, dynamic packages, holiday packages and travel insurance within its localized sites across 32 countries and territories, offering prices in local currencies – Australia, Germany, Egypt, Spain, France, Italy, Singapore, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, United Kingdom and one common website for the rest of the world in English.

They keep sending spam. The unsubscribe link does not work. Mails to support are useless. I have send several emails to support at myholidays.com to ask them to stop, and now they ask for my email. I will not post my email here. To them I say: read the mail you receive.

Myholidays have a great team to solve any booking issues and wonderful team to assist at any time. In my experience I had an issue while booking, when I contact with the customer care I got a sudden solution from Mr. Sagar and received my ticket via mail. Thank you Sagar for your help.

I booked a ticket for a direct return flight while the outbound journey had a stopover. After booking it with MyHoliday, they couldn’t deliver as advertised. I chose a pricier option because the return flight was a direct flight since we were travelling with two young children. After booking, I was on the phone for an hour with the agent and he informed me the direct flight was no longer available at the promoted price. They wanted me to pay more if I wanted to take the direct flight or they were offering a stopover return flight at the same fare. What’s worse, the flight they were offering was at a higher cost since they wanted me to pay the same fare that I had paid. On Skyscanner, the fare was slightly cheaper.

Finally they responded positively and took effort to resolve my issue.
I am thankfull to the management team who came forward and understand my situation.
Also thanking to Mr. Sean William and gaurav for their effort, understandibility and patience they shown in resolving this matter. And take it on priority basis.
Now waiting for refund amount. That’s it.

Yesterday I was cheated by this company. They never declare the cancellation fee when you book ticket. when I ask to cancel a ticket they charged 150 riyals per person and told the money will be returned after 6 to 8 weeks.
Please don’t fall trap in this website. Pure cheating company.
When asked to send cancellation fee details charged by airline, they refused to send details.
