Experiencing the worst customer service ever from Al Mashreq Bank. I attempted to open a bank account through their application, and after 10 days, my account is still not open. I’ve made over 20 calls to inquire about the status, and despite their advertisement promising an easy account opening process within a few clicks, this has been a completely different experience. Their claim is nothing but false advertising.
I strongly advise against choosing this bank for opening an account, as my account has yet to be opened. Save yourself the trouble.

not only is it a terrible bank. with no adequate services. this branch is useless. One useless manager that can only file complaints online with no authority. and one useless staff that a chair is more useful than him.

They said to call 04 424 4444
Took me no where I can not connect to call center unless I am a client then very very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff asked me to visit burjuman branch went there nothing happened came back to dubaimall branch again nothing happened, send emails to mashreq through contact us nothing happend they asked me to donwload the app and connect from there I cannot connect unless I am a client nothing happened there either until this day it has been a nightmare getting my emirates id back which I still not have with me.
If anyone can help please guide that would be really helpful.

Has to be the worse bank service I came across in UAE, my emirates ID you jammed in the machine number 2211 in dubaimall March 10 days ago I am not even a mashreq client.
They said to call 04 424 4444
Took me no where I can not connect to call center unless I am a client then very very rude, unhelpful and unprofessional staff asked me to visit burjuman branch went there nothing happened came back to dubaimall branch again nothing happened, send emails to mashreq through contact us nothing happend they asked me to donwload the app and connect from there I cannot connect unless I am a client nothing happened there either until this day it has been a nightmare getting my emirates id back which I still not have with me.
If anyone can help please guide that would be really helpful.
