For me the customer service was quite good. The bank didn’t close my account via email. I sent documents by post but that didn’t work out.

Eventually I had to travel 🧳 to close my account. The processing is easy. The bankers took my id and proceeded with closure.

To get a confirmation certificate they needed 2 to 3 working days. Which I was able to get on Friday night as it opens from 4 to 10 pm

Wordt customer service , the security guard and the staff had the worst customer service behavior i have ever experienced in dubai the past 17 years ! while i had my token in hand waiting for atleast 30min politely for my turn , the lady approches me and my friend , both of us are on a phone call , she sees that clearly still keeps interrupting us , and we still have 4 people infront of us and its not even our turn yet , so when our phone call s over and ask her back she says “ i waited for you so im not gonna assit you anymore “ If you haven’t been trained to assist people better learn not to be rude and disrespectful!

Worst Bank in terms of customer experience and services !! They don’t reply or revert back to your requests, nor reply to emails they don’t give a damm about customer. No communication even in case where they need to communicate on the updates with customer. Worst worst experience…the make you realise that your money is owned by the bank.. so don’t waste your time and efforts there are many better banks who genuinely work for good customer experience and make you feel that you are important. FAB is certainly in the lowest ranking for me.

Worst Bank in terms of customer experience and services !! They don’t reply or revert back to your requests, nor reply to emails they don’t give a damm about customer. No communication even in case where they need to communicate on the updates with customer. Worst worst experience…the make you realise that your money is owned by the bank.. so don’t waste your time and efforts there are many better banks who genuinely work for good customer experience and make you feel that you are important. FAB is certainly in the lowest ranking for me.
