My first visit was 2days ago.
First is the security guard that giving ticket doesn’t know his job and cant even ask to what service do we need and his only watching in his phone instead of helping/assisting the people. Hi will just give you a token number for costumer service thats my all the people wait.
Second is the customer service. After waiting 45mins this customer service just told me to call the hotline instead of helping me. She did not event ask what service i needed.
And today. Same issue with this security guard. Just watching on his phone instead of asking people what service is needed and only handling token number for customer service that makes the line so long.
Again same issue with customer service. You will feel this customer service in counter number 3 that she is not willing to help you at all. Again i expirance and she just told me to call the customer hotline.
Luckly! Miss Fatma saw me and ask what help do i need and listen to me. Not event 1 minute she jump and help me in my problem. Thankyou Miss Fatma.
