The agent Joana who helped was very quick and efficient. She listed all the facts clearly. I just wished that the exchange process was as smooth as Amazon where I do not need to send photos and maintain the original shipping packaging. The photo taking and looking for original shipping package took time and this was needed to initiate the exchange in size. And this was not even guaranteed.
