The bank is great, but the staff who work in the bank are just disgusting!
More than one question was not answered normally, they sat with arrogant faces!
I left without getting any information! Disgusting service and staff!

For her impressive help. Without her assistance I couldn’t close my account with this bank
It was a horrible stressful experience for me due to the person in charge of my account.
He was irresponsible never answered my calls never reply and he made me hate the moment that I registered with this bank
One of the worst experiences ever had for my business account. No statement/ no service. Only charges like monthly 2500/- aed for business account, it’s new charges started Jan 2024 onwards. Non of the banks in UAE is having this facility. Soo poor in service and facilities.

One of the worst experiences ever had for my business account. No statement/ no service. Only charges like monthly 2500/- aed for business account, it’s new charges started Jan 2024 onwards. Non of the banks in UAE is having this facility. Soo poor in service and facilities.
