In 1986, the transforming city of Dubai had a new estate agent on the block. One that had seen an opportunity to help expats of Dubai a place to live. In 2009, Betterhomes Qatar opened. Taking a strong, reputable brand across the waters, into a new location where again they could become market leaders in the area.

Be very vary when leasing or buying a property through better homes. Especially via agent Bassel Yousef. Do your research about the building you are moving into and do not believe the information on the advertisements by better homes. Do your homework. Adverts are misleading and the follow up is extremely poor once you have paid your commission.
Stay away from LP04, La Plage South in the Pearl. For at least 6 months from this review, maybe even a year as the building has been opened prematurely and is plagued with issues. Constant fire alarm, false alarms, lifts not working, extrem humidity issues in stairs cores. Poor management, no enforcement or building rules on residence.
Building is unsafe!

Upon seeing the post about the 3BDR villa in Matar Qadeem, I was warmly entertained by Sir Robel Roxas – the agent – even though I messaged and called him on a Friday. The transaction from the viewing till the handover of the house key was really smooth and he accompanied me and my family in every step. My family and I are really grateful for the assistance we got from this awesome agent from an awesome company!
