Bought online a postpaid line with 30 days trial, no penalty for early termination. Went to the shop 5 times with 10 complaints and still i have to pay early termination(they always say they are waiting for the complaint) the 30 days almost passed and the line is still active. Clumsy app doesnt allow specific date to cut off home services. So team just cuts it off when they feel like it.
Left me without internet for a week. Nothing I could do about it. Customer Support sneeringly implied it was my fault and theres simply nothing can do about it.

Clumsy app doesnt allow specific date to cut off home services. So team just cuts it off when they feel like it.
Left me without internet for a week. Nothing I could do about it. Customer Support sneeringly implied it was my fault and theres simply nothing can do about it.
All the arrogance and grace of a monopoly who can treat customers with contempt as they are unable to vote with their feet and go elsewhere.
About the agreement the agent didn’t mention that contract is for 2 years and if the pay is not done for one month or if the service not working the bill should not be generating.. WiFi is slow and also not stable..

About the agreement the agent didn’t mention that contract is for 2 years and if the pay is not done for one month or if the service not working the bill should not be generating.. WiFi is slow and also not stable..
Totally liers especially their customer support. If you order wifi, the same day they will come to install but if you have technical issue or your wifi does not work, they will not resolve it as my wifi is not working for last 15 days and during these 15 days, daily i call one to 5 times. But no help. Their customer support team on call tells that once you disconnect this call, the same time, tech team will call, but it will not happen. If you raise complaint, they tell that they had raised complaint with this reference number which they will give you but when you call again the next day for tracking the reference number ,their team will say, they don’t have any complaint for this reference number. totally liers

If you order wifi, the same day they will come to install but if you have technical issue or your wifi does not work, they will not resolve it as my wifi is not working for last 15 days and during these 15 days, daily i call one to 5 times. But no help. Their customer support team on call tells that once you disconnect this call, the same time, tech team will call, but it will not happen. recently i moved from abudhabi to sharjah i already have du 5g home internet since i moved no nternet connection with the device i call the customer service every day minumum 3 time they trouble shoot only but the problem not fixed also.so i decide to cancel that account they told me technical team will call after that only cancellation will done 9 days i waited for the technician to cancel.so i planned to take fiber connnection. du having plan of 399 so i choose that the agent and customer service team told me immediatly they will fix the things and next day you will get the connection. i signed the contract but this under rated people didnt give connection for this three days we are waiting them at home without going any where also.
