Bought a two user antivirus and it showed it was already in use, while trying to install. Contacted the antivirus company and they informed me, the key is already registered. Wrote to noon, but they where neither ready to take responsibility nor willing to return the payment I made.
And the odd thing I noted that they were even not willing to give me the seller’s contact details.
The net result : I lost my money, time and effort, for nothing.

Their service is very basic, and full of issues. It doesn’t matter if you’re a regular customer or not there are always problems with the delivery, missing items, wrong items, delays etc. The customer service is way below average and the quality isn’t at a satisfactory level at all.

If there is negative points that what I want to give. I’m very disappointed on noon food app. After I ordered food and got deduction on my account then they were telling me sorry coz my order got cancelled. Omg after how many minutes waiting before they informed and I waited and expect. Why they can’t check first before accepting the order and deduct the payment! It soo gross

If cannot solve the issue no need to contact the customer, they just call to convince you, please don’t be upset but no solution

Been a loyal customer since long.Bought a yoga mat lately , quality poor n money wasted.
A customer cannot give the feedback unless they use it , their reply nw is the return window is closed , v sorry we cannot do anything.

Logs me out every 2 months and deletes all my order and wishlist history, takes 4 min for OTP code to send horrible service would rate 0 if I could

Worst experience. Bought a furniture (metal shoe rack ) that looks very different when arrived from their pics. Tried to return it immediately after arrived and their answer was Noon doesn’t accepts returns because it was fulfilled by Arabest… I don’t remember paying to Arabest…but to noon…anyway…It was my first and will be my last order with them . I lost 257 AED. They lost a customer for ever.
