A flawless flight with great food and service on a pleasant and comfortable aircraft. Nothing went wrong with the flight, and all planes arrived on time and worked well. Moreover, Qatar Airways
have recent planes, good welcome, good food, no delays and even ahead! good experience.

Perfect experience with Qatar Airways. There are no delays, smooth transportation in both directions through Cairo Airport. Great flight attendants, really took care of me and my partner. Great food and entertainment.
Overall, an amazing experience and I would love to use Qatar Airways again in the future.
So, I can definitely consider Qatar Airways to be one of the best airlines in the world.
Although we booked our whole flight through Qatar website, we were denied entry as Silver Privalegd cardholders because they put us on a BA flight. We did not choose BA, but booked with Qatar to get the use of the lounge
The staff said its in their terms and conditions, but obviously so small you only find out mid -journey. They should make it more clear. We felt very rejected and uissatusfied with the treatment. We’ll be flying Emirates now.

Although we booked our whole flight through Qatar website, we were denied entry as Silver Privalegd cardholders because they put us on a BA flight. We did not choose BA, but booked with Qatar to get the use of the lounge
The staff said its in their terms and conditions, but obviously so small you only find out mid -journey. They should make it more clear. We felt very rejected and uissatusfied with the treatment. We’ll be flying Emirates now.

The Qatar Airways employee as Team leader who was at the munich airport on the 13.09.2023 afternoon, making sure the passenger who was supposed to board the flight number QR 058 at 16h50 to Doha , he was super great! The Qatar Airways employee as Team leader who was at the munich airport on the 13.09.2023 afternoon, making sure the passenger who was supposed to board the flight number QR 058 at 16h50 to Doha , he was super great! He helped me on my visa E-visa to Uganda. The other colleagues was making just stress on me. I am sure if this guy is name is Maximilian because I got the name from his colleague who was on the desk. If his name really Maximilian then again thanks alot Maximilian and God bless u.

They are two people in their late 60’s and they endured an uncomfortable near 10 hour day without any help or compensation, no place to rest whilst stuck in Doha, no food and water to eat, no help whatsoever in fact from Qatar Airways.
What an awful way to treat their customers.
A formal complaint is being made and the Civil Aviation Authority will be contacted!

Avoid at all costs.
My parents just arrived in Sri Lanka at 9:30AM local time, they should have been there at midnight. Nearly 10 hours behind schedule.
Qatar Airways were so incompetent at handling the situation that my parents weren’t even given access to a hotel room to have an hour or two sleep and a shower whilst trapped in Doha after a multitude of failings by Quatar Airways meant they didn’t make their connecting flight to columbo.
They are two people in their late 60’s and they endured an uncomfortable near 10 hour day without any help or compensation, no place to rest whilst stuck in Doha, no food and water to eat, no help whatsoever in fact from Qatar Airways.
What an awful way to treat their customers.
A formal complaint is being made and the Civil Aviation Authority will be contacted!

I’d like to mention the flight attendant, Inês, on the Dublin to Doha flight on 20 October 2023. She was very attentive, polite and patient. Most of my experiences with Qatar flight attendants have been pleasant. It’s just that Inês was looking after us on that leg. The short stopover time is perfect for a mother traveling with energetic youngsters. Although we were delayed by almost a day, returning to Europe, I will continue to fly with Qatar. There is always a friendly , smiling face to turn to, in my experience.

When I fly to Africa, I use Qatar Airways and have not been disappointed inflight or by desk staff cross continental. I’d like to mention the flight attendant, Inês, on the Dublin to Doha flight on 20 October 2023. She was very attentive, polite and patient. Most of my experiences with Qatar flight attendants have been pleasant. It’s just that Inês was looking after us on that leg. The short stopover time is perfect for a mother traveling with energetic youngsters. Although we were delayed by almost a day, returning to Europe, I will continue to fly with Qatar. There is always a friendly , smiling face to turn to, in my experience.

Never got an explanation or apology for the delay. They made us run through the big Doha Airport to get to the next flight even tho the plane had already departured. Every Qatar Airways worker I encountered at Doha Airport was very unpolite. They took our passports out of sight for ~30 minutes without asking for permission. They didn’t give us any guideline for claming the extra expenses due to the delay (e.g. loosing a third flight). Very unprofessional customer service for such a proud air company of such a rich country.
I was at Manchester airport today and was helped in an amazing way from a very special girl called sultana. She was amazing. Thank you so much and also Adil Mallu. But especially the wonderful SULTANA.

I was at Manchester airport today and was helped in an amazing way from a very special girl called sultana. She was amazing. Thank you so much and also Adil Mallu. But especially the wonderful SULTANA.
Our flight was delayed , we missed our transfer because of the delay , eventually we arrived over 10h late then supposed to, and to finish our luggage’s were not sent with the transfer.
We asked for a compensation, and they said that they gave a “sincerely” apology but no compensation.
The service on the airplane was good.

It’s hard to be positive. I have flown well with Qatar, but the service was poor this time. The check-in at Melbourne was stressful—staff who didn’t seem to know what to do. My eldest daughter was in tears at one point. We nearly missed our flight. Our stopover in Doha, organised by Qatar Airways, was a disaster. The so-called 4* hotel was astonishingly poor. My family was split across hotel floors, ripped bed sheets, long black hair in the sink in the room I was allocated, dilapidated fixtures and fittings, and no hot water. The flights themselves were okay but offered nothing different to other airlines. The crews were pleasant, but then I am Emerald FF, so they’re told to be nice. I wrote to Qatar Airways and got a reply saying they’d pass my comments to the relevant department, meaning I was being fobbed off. I laughed, reading that they’d look forward to welcoming me on board in future. Would I fly with Qatar again? Not unless I had no other choice. I certainly wouldn’t recommend the airline.

They lost my bag at JFK for an entire week, and when I had to waste a day of my own vacation time to go buy some clothes, they then refuse to fully reimburse me and instead I had to chase and jump through hoops to get any compensation offer from them. In the end, they’re citing some policy concerning Brazilian residents… when I’m not even from Brazil. They’re violating US regulations concerning delayed baggage compensation but seemingly don’t care. It has been few months, and I have not gotten anything yet. All this over a couple hundred dollars; it’s utterly disgraceful.
If you’re planning to check a bag or have proper customer service when it’s lost, you best look for another airline folks. I’m definitely going to take my business elsewhere, like BA which also messed up my trip in part is way better than this.

However, their ground service, particularly baggage, completely besmirch their image. They lost my bag at JFK for an entire week, and when I had to waste a day of my own vacation time to go buy some clothes, they then refuse to fully reimburse me and instead I had to chase and jump through hoops to get any compensation offer from them. In the end, they’re citing some policy concerning Brazilian residents… when I’m not even from Brazil. They’re violating US regulations concerning delayed baggage compensation but seemingly don’t care. It has been few months, and I have not gotten anything yet.
